The industry is also committed to the development of women in the Nepalese society and therefore more than 45% of our 450 employees are women. We strive to raise the ratio of female employees to male employees and envision to create a perfect balance and provide equal opportunities to all.

Our Cashmere Quality

Our quality Cashmere wool is found in a Mountain goat which exists only in the highest region of the Himalayas. And Cashmere fibers that are extracted are approx. 13.5microns-15.5 microns.

 

We produce a range of diverse products from ponchos to blankets to bath robes. We also experiment with new styles and different designs to ensure that our clients can look forward to something new and interesting each year. Since the last 45 years we have been exporting our products to more than 80 countries in almost all the continents of the world. Our main aim as an industry is to offer our clients exquisite and elegant products as per their demand and deliver excellent services. We share this goal with our employees and train them to produce only the finest.

As we have been producing and exporting our Cashmere to the rest of world since last 45 years but in 90”s the sudden popularity of Nepalese Cashmere reaches its peak. Due to the Handmade production with fine perfection of the quality the Hollywood celebrities and Royal families of the world are using it as a fashion trend.

 

The industry is also dedicate to the development and strengthen of Nepalese women power in the Nepalese society and therefore we more and more encourage and inspire women to work in our Industry to prove themselves. There for every year we give special award to best women employee worker to raise awareness that they can compete with male employees and prove their strength.
