How To Place An Order: For ordering a Cashmere product from our Industry it is a very simple. Just you have to mention the size, color and quantity. And before that you have to mention which quality you want to place an order either in 100% Cashmere or in mix blended. Many of our clients send their own choice of sample’s first and when after the sample is approve then they confirm the order. It is all as per your choice. What we need to know is detail of your confirm design, size either in centimeter or inches and color of your choice every detail. After that we will mention you the final total of amount which you should deposit in our bank account. Then we start to manufacture your order.
Shipping The Order: After confirmation by our bank that amount is received we dispatch the goods via DHL/UPS/TNT/FEDEX OR by Cargo such as (Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines and Thai Airways etc, as per convenient and economical choice of our clients. On the same time we will also provide our clients the tracking number of their order. So that they can track their order. Normally it takes 5 to 7 working days to reach the order on its destination worldwide.

Payment Terms: If you are ordering as per your requirement quality, size, quantity we need minimum 50% advance payment before starting the manufacturing of your order and rest 50% payment just before custom clearance. We do accept either through bank Telex Transfer or Letter of Credit L/C. As per Nepal export regulations Law we cannot ship any order without receiving advance payment and the bank will issue us the advance payment certificate which is useful for Custom clearance. The bank issues the Advance Payment Certificate only when they receive the payment from our clients. The payment can be done through Banks Telegraph transfer or by Swift Transfer. Most preferable through American Express Bank, or City Bank New York, US. All bank charges outside Nepal have been borne by the buyer.
Shipping Rate: When your order is ready to ship normally it will take 5 to 7 working days to reach any destination of the world. Normally for all our clients we quote FOB, NEPAL or C&F destination. For the FOB price it includes all the expenses including the cost of goods, packing, document preparation, custom clearance etc. But It does not include airfreight, handling, insurance and custom clearance charges at the buyers country. We only able to tell you the C&F price when you confirm your order. All the shipping cost depends on the weight, and destination of the country. All the courier company provides door to door delivery. Only when you confirm the order then only we can able tell you the exact shipping cost of your order.
Delivery Period: The products which are available in our stock we can dispatches immediately .But the goods which is not available in our stock can be dispatched in 20 to 30 days, depend upon the volume of quantity demand by our clients.
Capacity: Cashmere garments, pullovers & knitwear: 50,000pcs/month. Shawls & Others: 40,000pcs/month.
Tolerance: 5% variation will be acceptable in the size, weight, and in colour.
Sampling: If you need to see the sample of our product the sample package is always ready to be delivering to our new customers and clients. But you need to pay for the sample. You are also most welcome to send your choice of sample to us which we can make the same copy of your choice.
